Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Paypal and Maromeria gift Card. We do our best to keep most items in stock. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Sales tax is charged to customers in Florida State Once your order has been placed you will receive confirmation of your order by email. We assure you that all information you provide us during payment is secure and safe.


Gift

Maromeria can gift wrap your purchase for you (except for certain oversize items, which are identified on their Information Page). There is a $5 charge for gift-wrapping. You can also include a gift card on which we will hand-write your message for no charge.


Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4 PM EST (excluding holidays). All orders placed after 4 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. Will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability or credit verification. We use UPS Ground for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. Shipping Costs

Purchases that are over $100 and are to be shipped to an address within the continental US shall ship for free using UPS Ground service. Orders that are under $100 can be shipped using UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air service.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 14 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by email prior to return, no exceptions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging and tags intact. Return your purchase in the original exterior box, well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. Include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase If you have any questions, please email us at contact@maromeria.com.
We are a small family business. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase. Custom orders are made to order and are not returnable or refundable.

All shipping charges are nonrefundable. In case of damage in shipping, UPS may require an inspection, so please retain packing materials.
All discounted merchandise are final sale.
All vintage items are final sale.


Custom Orders

Custom Orders like Matteo linens and apparel's must be canceled within 24 hours of the order date and are considered non-refundable after 24 hours. Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damaged items must be made within 3 business days. Matteo linens and apparel's are made to order and are not returnable or refundable.

Will not accept any returns on any other Matteo Bedding with raw edges or an unfinished edge that have been damaged during any washing process. We recommend using the special care when laundering. Hand washing or using a garment bag is preferre

Custom orders from Matteo are custom dye for you, Matteo bed linen use a modern dyeing technology. With garment dyeing, they cut and sew the fabric first and then dye the finished products after they are already sewn. There are a number of advantages to garment dyeing including a more vintage washed look, the ability to offer more colors because of lower dyeing minimums, and softer fabric hand-feel. However, there is the shade variation of +/- 10% from dye-lot to dye-lot. What does this mean? It means that bed linens dyed in one of our colors today will be a slightly different shade than bed linens dyed in the same color tomorrow.
To avoid problems, please place set orders or all the same color items at the same time.

Maromeria will never disclose your personal information to any organization or individual except when required by law. We have procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner.
